Local tax:

Kids up to 16 years are exempted from the local tax.
NEW Silvretta Card Premium:
In summer 2024 we offer our guests the Silvretta Card Premium. This special card is already included in the price from one overnight stay.
Reservation:
Reservations are only valid with a written confirmation by e-mail or mail. For a binding reservation please transfer a deposit into our account (30% of the cumulative costs of your stay). The amount of money for the deposit may be wired within 5 working days.

We do not accept credit or debit cards!

Booking:
A booking is only valid after the reception of a written confirmation.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. You don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. You are also welcome to take out cancellation insurance directly with us. Smoking:
All of our apartments and rooms are non-smoking facilities.
Cancellation policy:
Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation conditions according to the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price
1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price
If you book directly via our website, by email or or by phone, you can cancel your stay free of charge if you cannot arrive at the time you have booked due to entry regulations for Ischgl or the closure of the border.
Short stay surcharge:
For short stays up to three days we charge an extra fee.
Parking spaces:
Per room there is one parking lot available to our guests – located directly next to our house.
Breakfast:
Guests staying in the Panorama double room can book breakfast on site for 15,00 € per person (if available).
In the apartment we offer a bread service for our guests, i.e. you can order your desired bread until half past eight in the evening and we will bring it directly to your apartment in the morning.
Cooking in the Panorama double room:
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into this room. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cups and cutlery. However: Please note that cooking on your own hotplates, microwaves etc. is not permitted in our Panorama double room. A final cleaning fee of € 150.00 will be charged in the event of an offence.
Pets:
We welcome dogs in the apartment on request . This incurs a service charge of € 100.00 (does not include food).
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (= Austrian hotel contract conditions) do apply.
Landeck/Tirol is the place of jurisdiction.
